Food as creative as ours could only be out done by our cocktail menu. From spicy prickly pear to a Mezcal old fashioned, we selected the finest local distillers and breweries to put on our lineup. Whether its with dinner or just a night out for drinks, our drinks pair with everything.

Cajun favorites with Jimbeaux's flare
Golden fried porkbelly cut in house and seasoned with our signature Jimbeaux's Seasoning, available by the pound.
Oysters On The Half Shell topped with Jimbeaux's Signature Vegetable Trinity, butter, olive oil, parmesan, and bacon. Torch-fired and served with french bread.
Fresh raw oysters, shucked in house. Served with cocktail sauce, horseradish, lemon, and crackers.

Our Chef's slow cooked New Orleans style roast beef, packed into wonton wrappers. Served with a rich demi-glace for dipping.
Two red bell pepper halves; stuffed with Jimbeaux's creole trinity, parmesan, butter, olive oil, and spinach. Roasted to perfection.
We combine potatoes, butter, sharp cheddar cheese; sour cream; and chives then pack it back into the potato skins before we fry them golden brown and melt delicious cheddar and pepperjack on top.
Sauteed shrimp over individual dollops of loaded mashed potatoes. Drizzled with Demi-Glace.
Prepare for an explosion of color! Purple cabbage, green jalapenos, and yellow pineapples come together with light salsa verde and red wine vinegar for a stunning fiesta throwback to Fat Tuesday.

Crispy homemade tortilla chips topped with debris gravy, jalapenos, and Jimbeaux's Cracklin's finished with Pepper Jack cheese and melted together for a Southern Latin treat.

Hail to the beef! We cut our NY Strips to 12 ounces and grill them to order. Then we serve them with everybody's favorite Parmesan garlic french fries which we hand-cut in house.

10 ounces of beef and brisket cooked to order, topped with bacon slices, and finished with pepperjack and sharp cheddar cheese. Saddled up, between a soft - but strong brioche bun with accouterments on the side. Served a side worthy of the boss: our Parmesan garlic fries.
